FibreFlow™ WEBFLEX
FibreFlow™ WEBFLEX is a flexible, direct-burial tube bundle designed for easy installation using both conventional and modern trenching techniques. It consists of 12 microducts arranged in a branch configuration, enabling straightforward identification and access to individual ducts with minimal disruption.
The branching design allows individual microducts to be separated towards the boundary during initial installation, reducing the need for later excavation. When used in combination with the MULTIFU™ system, pre-installed fibres can be deployed in a way that allows branching at installation stage without the need for connectors, or alternatively at a later stage by re-accessing the fibre.
FibreFlow™ VERTEX
FibreFlow™ VERTEX is a specialised range of tube bundles designed for microtrenching and slot-cut installation methods. The compact configuration reduces trench width requirements, enabling faster excavation, improved installation efficiency and reduced overall project costs.
Loose Protected Microduct Tube Bundle
The Loose Protected Microduct system consists of high-performance HDPE outer ducts incorporating a super-smooth internal silicone lining to enhance cable installation performance. The outer structure provides continuous protection for fibre cables throughout installation and long-term service, safeguarding against mechanical stress and environmental exposure.
Aerial Microduct Tube Bundle
The Aerial Tube Bundle is designed for overhead deployment and features a figure-8 construction incorporating either steel or glass-reinforced strength members for added mechanical stability. It is supplied with compatible fittings for secure installation across aerial networks.
When deploying aerial systems, it is essential that existing or proposed support structures, such as poles or towers, are assessed to ensure they are structurally capable of supporting the required load and installation configuration.
