Duraplas® Rigi Board

Duraplas® Rigi Board is a robust, cost-effective and sustainable sheet material, offering a high-performance alternative to galvanised steel, plywood and virgin plastic boards.

Manufactured from 100% recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE), it is the most rigid sheet product within the Duraplas® range. Its enhanced stiffness makes it particularly suitable for applications where additional structural support is required, and where more flexible materials may not be appropriate.

Designed to perform in demanding environments, Duraplas® Rigi Board is both water and chemical resistant, making it ideal for fabrication projects exposed to harsh weather or challenging conditions. Unlike traditional materials, it does not require ongoing maintenance and provides a long-lasting solution with reduced lifecycle costs.
