Specifically developed for the protection of underground power cables operating at transmission voltages up to 500 kV. - Independently Certified Performance
Mechanical properties verified in accordance with:- IEC 62067 for cable systems operating between 150 kV and 500 kV
- ENA TS 12-24 for crush resistance at elevated temperatures
- CEI EN 61386 (diameters 25–250 mm)
- IMQ Certified
IMQ quality certification confirms compliance with CEI EN 61386 for applicable pipe sizes. - CE Marked
CE marked for product sizes covered by the CEI EN 61386 standard. - Permanent Watertight Protection
Fusion-welded joints create a fully watertight cable protection system, helping to prevent the ingress of water and contaminants. - Multiple Jointing Options
Compatible with:- Butt fusion welding
- Electrofusion welding
- PE joint systems with EPDM sealing rings, providing IP66 and IP68 protection for 200 mm, 225 mm and 250 mm pipe diameters.
- Prepared for Installation
Factory-bevelled internal and external pipe ends simplify handling and speed up installation. - Suitable for Trenchless Installation
Ideal for Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD/TOC) and other trenchless techniques where high tensile strength and long continuous pipe lengths are required. - Excellent Flexibility
Wide-radius bending capability allows easier installation while accommodating gradual changes in alignment. - Performs in Unstable Ground
Low elastic modulus and ductile polyethylene construction enable the pipe to accommodate ground settlement and movement without compromising performance. - Extensive Product Range
Available in a comprehensive range of diameters, SDR classes, fittings and bespoke accessories to suit a wide variety of high-voltage infrastructure projects. - Outstanding Chemical Resistance
Resistant to aggressive soils and chemicals in accordance with ISO/TR 10358 and ISO/TR 7474, ensuring long-term underground durability. - Electrically Non-Conductive
Inert to stray electrical currents, eliminating corrosion risks associated with metallic conduit systems. - High Impact Resistance
Excellent shock absorption protects the duct during transportation, installation and throughout its operational life. - Sustainable Solution
Fully recyclable and available with optional PSV (Second Life Plastic) certification, supporting circular economy and sustainable infrastructure initiatives.
