PE100 RC Solid Wall Pipes (Type 2) for Pressurised Sewerage Networks

PE100 RC Type 2 solid wall pipes are manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) PE100 RC, offering a Minimum Required Strength (MRS) of 10 MPa and a design stress (σS) of 8.0 MPa. Specifically developed for pressurised sewerage and wastewater applications, these pipes provide exceptional resistance to Slow Crack Growth (SCG), ensuring long-term reliability in demanding installation environments.

The Type 2 construction features a dual-layer design, comprising a black inner wall (approximately 90% of the wall thickness) and a brown outer identification layer (approximately 10% of the wall thickness). Available in outside diameters from 75 mm to 450 mm, the pipes are supplied in straight lengths.
